I'm Nicole the owner/head baker etc of Fancy Fancy Breads! I am very excited to have this site and this business. I have loved to bake for years and just recently realized that I really could turn the love I have for baking into something more than a great spread at a party!
Every thing on the menu is something that I have made many times and have tested out on people and refined it until it is at a point where I feel I can say with pride that it is mine and I would like you to try it.
I make everything by hand using the the same care and the same ingredients I use to cook for my own family. So while everything is produced in a commercial kitchen it tastes and feels as if you just spent the afternoon in your own kitchen making treats for your family!
If there is something you have been craving and you don't see it on the menu just let me know and I will make it for you.
